Restore purchases

Open Settings in Jollyjack (the gear icon at the top of any tab), go to Subscription › Restore purchases and tap Restore. If you see the subscription screen instead, tap Restore at the bottom of it.

Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Jollyjack Pro is billed through your Apple Account. In Jollyjack, open Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription. Or, on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Jollyjack.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or free trial ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

Delete your account

Open Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm with Apple or Google. You need an internet connection. Your account, your progress and the training data stored with your account are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. Afterwards you are back on the sign-in screen; your onboarding answers and training plan stay on this device until you delete the app.

If your subscription has ended and you see the “Unlock Jollyjack Pro” screen, tap Account at the bottom of it, then Delete account. If you have never subscribed, you can’t open Settings: email us from the email address linked to your account, or tell us how you sign in, and we’ll delete your account and its data.

Your subscription is managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately. Feedback you sent stays with us without your name; email us if you want it deleted too. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Reset your progress

There is no separate reset button for your rating and stats. What you can reset in the app:

• On the Play table, open the session stats and tap Reset session to start the session tally over. Hands you already played stay in your stats.
• Settings › Training › Replay the intro tours shows the walkthroughs again.

To start completely fresh, delete your account (see above), then delete the app and install it again before you sign in. Deleting your account alone keeps your onboarding answers and training plan on this device, so you don’t answer the questions again. You start with a new, empty account, and you can restore your subscription. Need something else reset? Email us.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does Jollyjack cost?

Jollyjack requires a Jollyjack Pro subscription, with yearly and monthly plans. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; the monthly plan has no free trial. If you close the subscription screen and have never subscribed before, you may be offered the Yearly Offer, a yearly plan at a special price with no free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country or region.

Signing in and out

Jollyjack supports Sign in with Apple and Google. If sign-in doesn’t complete, check your internet connection and try again.

To sign out, open Settings › Account › Sign out. You go back to the sign-in screen, and your progress stays on this iPhone for your next sign-in with the same account. If you sign in with a different account, that account’s own progress is restored instead.

Reminders and notifications

Turn the daily reminder and streak alerts on or off in Settings › Notifications in Jollyjack. If notifications are off for Jollyjack on your iPhone, go to Settings › Notifications › Jollyjack.

Is Jollyjack gambling?

No. Jollyjack is an educational simulator for practicing blackjack strategy and card counting. There is no real-money gambling and there are no prizes. Virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be bought or cashed out. Jollyjack is for adults 18+.

Every drill uses cards the app deals itself. Using any device to count cards at a real table is illegal in many jurisdictions.

Languages

Jollyjack follows your iPhone’s language and uses English if your language isn’t available. Move names such as HIT, STAND, DOUBLE and SPLIT stay in English in every language. This website is in English.
